How to Accept Partial Deposit Payments for Hotel Bookings

Learn how to accept partial deposits at checkout instead of charging the full amount upfront.

Setting Deposit Rules

1. Navigate to Hotel Booking > Settings > Pricing (Pro required).
2. Toggle **Enable Deposit Payments** to **On**.
3. Select deposit type: Percentage (e.g. 20% of total booking) or Flat Amount (e.g. flat deposit).
4. Set deposit requirements per room category or globally.
5. Save settings. At checkout, the booking form automatically calculates the deposit due today.
