How to Sync Your WordPress Hotel Calendar with Airbnb and Booking.com

Sync availability with Airbnb, Booking.com, VRBO, and Google Calendar. Keep calendars updated and prevent double bookings.

How iCal Sync Works

Modern Hotel Booking Pro synchronizes schedules in a two-stage loop:

• Export: The plugin generates a secure, real-time .ics calendar feed url for each room category, which you import into your OTA accounts.
• Import: You paste the OTA calendar feed urls into the plugin settings. The system automatically fetches and reserves dates in the background.

Synchronization Rules

1. Go to Hotel Booking > iCal Sync.
2. Copy the Export URL for your desired Room Category and paste it into the sync fields of Airbnb or Booking.com.
3. Copy the import feed URL from Airbnb or Booking.com and paste it in the **Import Calendar** column of the corresponding category.
4. Set the background cron sync interval (recommended: Hourly presets).
